REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage role; appreciated but not required.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team and work efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems.
  • Multi-tasking proficiency and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to withstand extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions.
  • Valid Serving It Right Certificate.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of service staff, ensuring they provide high-quality service and follow procedures.
  • Oversee events from start to finish and ensure an excellent experience from start to finish.
  • Ensure that all members and guests have an excellent dining experience by assisting with service, addressing complaints, and solving problems when necessary.
  • Oversee the shift’s operational flow, including opening/closing duties, and food safety practices.
  • Keep up-to-date on all menu offerings and bar selections.
  • Refresh, clear and re-set tables when needed in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure member bills are posted and processed correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment, providing encouragement and motivation to staff.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, customer service, and leadership skills.
