We’re looking for a Shift Leader to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a permanent position which requires both weekend and weekday availability depending on business needs. Please note this role will run into autumn, and so is not suitable to those in full-time education.
As a part of the service team at our bar & restaurant, you would be serving customers with a smile - taking orders, showing off your product knowledge, pouring drinks and making sure our customers are having a great time. As a shift leader, you will also need to take charge where necessary, guide and support your team members and ensure any issues are resolved in a quick and professional manner, or passed on to management.
You would also be required to perform minor administrative tasks - for example counting tills, filing relevant reports, etc. This would not need to be done on a daily basis, but as necessary.
Experience in a relevant job is an advantage.
