JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting in food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for the food industry, ensuring that every customer has a positive dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Must have valid Smart Service certification
• Mush have valid Food Handlers Certificate
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Cooking and food prep (light items)
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, following food safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Supporting catering services during events and tournaments
