About the job… Assisting in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued Constant communication with all departments Ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items, beverage items and hotel services. Supervising, guiding and training the team in departmental policy and procedures as well as product knowledge Develop a sales approach and passion for driving and generating business Qualifications About you… Qualifications and Experience: A willingness to learn and passion to teach Previous F&B experience in banquets & restaurants with strong product and industry knowledge Possess a strong work ethic and is flexible to work weekends, public holidays and evenings A dedication to the guest experience and a track record of building and maintaining connections with internal and external stakeholders A keen business sense, a commitment to maximising profits while preserving yield, and a drive to provide outstanding guest service Have current QLD RSA and First Aid Certification MUST HOLD current work rights in Australia, we are not offering sponsorship for this position.
