Job Description In this hands on role, you will: Work alongside the F&B Manager to supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar and conferencing events when required Assist with operational set-up, service and pack-down for restaurant and event operations Work alongside the team to provide support, guidance, and growth opportunities. Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests. Provide guests and patrons with an experience and environment that exceeds expectations. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all F&B areas Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standard operating practices Work independently on shifts and support the Food & Beverage Manager as required Thorough knowledge of our food and beverage offerings Qualifications Previous experience within the Food, Beverage and Conference sector. Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate Proven capability in creating a positive and productive work environment Strong communication skills and problem solving.
