Hospitality is a work of heart, Join us and become a Heartist®. Job Description Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Assist in handling guest complaints and resolving service issues. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations. Assist in training new employees on service standards and company policies. Coordinate team schedules and assign daily tasks. Motivate and encourage the team to maintain high morale. Ensure guests have a positive dining experience. Promote upselling and suggestive selling techniques. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment. To assist the Restaurant Manager or other Restaurant Supervisors in any task outlined/detailed by him/her. Ensure all food and beverage areas comply with company policies and industry regulations. Report any operational issues to the management team. Qualifications Service - focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage. Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example. Has a critical eye for detail. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling procedures Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and scheduling software Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
