Job Description

  • An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your ‘food stories’ with our guests
  • Be a calming influence amid a highly pressured, fast-paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of
  • The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day
  • Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers

Qualifications

  • An enthusiastic hospo soul , inspiring the Food & Beverage team to provide our patrons with a genuinely unforgettable experience
  • Highly organised and able to multi task manage day-to-day operations
  • Detail focused with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality service
  • Previous experience in managing Food & Beverage teams
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry
