Job Description We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead from the front and bring energy, personality, and consistency to our guest experience across restaurant, bar, poolside, and events. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide and support the team on shift, help drive service standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the relaxed spirit of the resort. You’ll play a key role in building team culture, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences every day. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, poolside and events Motivate, support and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service Assist with rostering, recruitment, onboarding and payroll processes Work closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service quality Manage guest feedback with professionalism and care Support stock control, ordering and inventory management Qualifications What we’re looking for: Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel, resort or similar environment Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills Hands-on, guest-focused approach with attention to detail Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
