As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests. Main responsibilities: Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team Supervise and delegate duties Ensure brand standards are maintained Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service To supervise the team on duty to ensure they complete all duties and tasks and to ensure our guests receive the best possible guest experience To assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department. Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Other duties as assigned A little more information: We believe that our people are at the heart of everything we do which is why we are committed to offering you a comprehensive training programme that will support you at every step in your new role.
