WHAT YOU WILL DO: Oversee daily F&B operations across all services. Shape the vibe through lighting, music, flow, and atmosphere. Maintain the Social Hub’s curated TRIBE style and presentation. Welcome and engage guests with genuine warmth. Use product knowledge to upsell and enhance experiences. Act on guest feedback quickly and thoughtfully. Coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service. Lead by example in standards, pace, and professionalism. Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture. Manage stock, ordering, POS accuracy, and rosters. Uphold hygiene, safety, and equipment standards. Support other departments as needed, including grab & go and check‑ins. Qualifications 2+ years in an F&B supervisory role. Duty Manager’s Certificate (required). Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails. Leadership presence with excellent communication. High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for people, food, design, and the guest experience. WHY TRIBE?
