Job Description In this hands on role, you will: Work alongside the F&B Manager to supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar and conferencing events when required. Provide the team support, guidance, and growth opportunities. Ensure guests and patrons receive an experience that exceeds expectations. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all F&B areas Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standard operating practices Work independently on shifts and support the Food & Beverage Manager as required Qualifications Previous experience within the Food, Beverage and Conference sector. Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate Proven capability in creating a positive and productive work environment Strong communication skills and problem solving.
