Leading by example, you will oversee daily outlet operations, champion our service rituals, and cultivate a culture of genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Working across a variety of premium dining and beverage experiences, you will mentor and develop team members, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest interaction is seamless, thoughtful and memorable.Key Responsibilities:Leading and motivating Food & Beverage teams during service
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues professionally
• Training, coaching and developing team members to uphold Elysium Noosa's service standards and service rituals
• Ensuring consistent delivery of luxury guest experiences across all outlets
• Driving a culture of hospitality excellence through leading by example
• Ensuring service standards, presentation and cleanliness are maintained
• Assisting with rostering, stock control and operational planning
• Driving food and beverage sales through product knowledge and upselling
• Supporting conferences, events and functions as required
• Managing opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring compliance with RSA, food safety and workplace safety requirements
• Working closely with operational departments to deliver seamless service

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Senior Food & Beverage Attendant
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support teams
• Experience in restaurants, bars, events, banquets, hotels or resorts
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Strong understanding of food, wine, cocktails and beverage service
• Current RSA Certificate
• Ability to remain calm and organised in high-volume environments
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
