Job Description To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in planning, implementing, organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant on a daily basis. To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in ensuring that the restaurant is running in an efficiently manner and proper service is offered at all times. To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in assuring the most efficient operation of dining room, offering the maximum in service of hotel guests through good planning and coordination with others departments. Qualifications Previous 5 star hotel experience is an advantage. Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
