Job Description About the Role We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlet. You will lead by example, ensuring service excellence, supporting your team, and contributing to a positive and engaging team culture. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery Lead, train, and support team members on shift Maintain high standards of guest service and respond to feedback effectively Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards Assist with rostering, stock control, and ordering as required Support the F&B Manager in driving team performance and engagement Qualifications What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (hotel experience preferred) Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Solid knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails Experience in a hotel or fast-paced restaurant environment Micros POS knowledge is a bonus A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease Flexible availability across a variety of shifts Additional Information Why Work for Accor?
