Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality leadership journey? ibis Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a passionate and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our vibrant outlets and deliver exceptional service in our fast-paced, 256-room hotel overlooking Darling Harbour. Job Description Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across outlets, ensuring service excellence and brand standards are consistently met. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to build a positive, high-performing team culture. Support training and onboarding of new Heartists, fostering confidence and capability on the floor. Assist with rostering, stock control, and cost management to support the financial performance of the department. Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally, ensuring memorable guest experiences. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and workplace health and safety requirements. Work closely with the wider hotel leadership team to support operational goals and initiatives. Qualifications Previous experience in a team leader role within Food & Beverage or hotel operations. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for developing people. A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong focus on guest experience. Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Must hold full working rights in Australia.
