Job Description What you will be doing: Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Assist in leading and training a team of Food and Beverage Team Members Supervise and delegate duties, whilst ensuring brand standards are met Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal is maintained Ensure guest expectations are met, delivering a service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standards Promote a strong Heartist culture and a team that is focused on providing unforgettable experiences to our guests. Qualifications Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage. Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example. Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests. Ensure staff are competent in all service procedures and they are able to maximize sales to guests.
