We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the Food & Beverage leadership team in overseeing daily operations across restaurant, bar, room service, and conference & events (banquets), ensuring high service standards and exceptional guest experiences. Job Description Supervise and support the F&B team during service periods Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to all guests Assist in training and coaching team members to meet brand standards Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues effectively Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and safety Support stock control, ordering, and cost management initiatives Assist with rostering and daily operational planning Qualifications Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or banquets environment Prior supervisory experience or a strong Attendant ready to step up Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A guest-focused approach with a passion for hospitality Valid RSA Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Full working rights in Australia Additional Information Why Join Accor?
