Responsibilities

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.
Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme’s menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini – showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula’s many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

We are expanding our team in the restaurant and seeking a full-time or part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist with the day to day running of our onsite restaurant, Thyme. The Food & Beverage Supervisor provides hands on support to the entire Front of House team and:

  • leads by example to develop a positive team culture focussed on a very high level of guest experience.
  • supervises Food and Beverage operations across the venue
  • assists the Food and Beverage Manager with ordering, receiving of goods, inventory management and stocktake.
  • coordinates between restaurant / bar and other relevant departments to ensure that preparations for events involving restaurant and bar service have been made.
  • training and mentoring new staff.

We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Weekend and night availability is a must.
