You’ll work collaboratively with the Bars Manager to help us create a unique and memorable experience for all. We’re looking for… Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a boutique bar or high-volume bars. A passion for the beverage industry with a strong passion for whiskey and premium spirits. Knowledge of cocktail, beer and wine also required. A genuine love of hospitality and driven to deliver quality service. The desire to lead by example, learn and display initiative. Victorian RSA essential, barista and other relevant hospitality qualifications highly regarded.
