We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and high-quality culinary offerings. You will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards, managing kitchen staff, and enhancing the overall dining experience within our establishment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant setting is essential.
  • Strong background in food preparation and culinary practices is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
