Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the Cafe Milano Restaurant along with the Outlet Managers and Restaurant General Managers. To assist F&B Outlet Manager in ensuring all employees adhere to Four Seasons standards.

MAIN DUTIES/DESCRIPTION:

  1. Supervise and motivate the team by promoting the ‘golden rule’, and lead Butcher & Still Restaurant services.
  2. Be visible in the operations, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons.
  3. Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
  4. Be knowledge of Butcher & Still Restaurant operations as well as Four Seasons Cultural and Core Standards, policies and standard operating procedures. Work closely with the team and assist with set-up/cleaning of operational areas.
  5. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager, Asst. Restaurant Manager and Assistant Director of F&B.
