About the role We are seeking a guest-focused and highly driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Citrique team. This full-time role will be ensuring their team consistently delivers exceptional experiences for all our guests. You will be responsible for supervising shifts, maintaining guest expectations and providing leadership and support to all staff. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be required to support and coach the team to maintain 5-star-rated service standards, possess excellent food and beverage knowledge and be accountable for the efficient operation of this premium style service environment. Critical responsibilities: Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Effectively dealing with customer concerns and complaints. Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained.
