THE POSITION * Direction and leadership of the onsite F&B team * Working efficiently and able to adapt to changing circumstances * Manage deliveries, orders, stock rotation and cleaning duties * Greet guests and accompany them to their appropriate boardrooms * Engage with clients and customers THE PERSON * Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor will be required for this role * Understanding of Food safety and HACCP * Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team * Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation * Must be able to work autonomously * Barista skills will be highly regarded * RSA qualified  **As this is a full time position we require the successful applicant to be able to work over 6 months in a full time capacity at the location  A current National Police Check and full working rights will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
