Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily F&B operations, supporting our team in delivering the highest service standards. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Management team to lead, motivate, and develop a reliable team, ensuring guests enjoy a first-class dining and hospitality experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across all service areas, including restaurant, bar and lounge.
  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and inspire your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve service excellence, ensuring clear communication of daily responsibilities.
  • Assist with team scheduling, stock control, ordering, and other operational tasks to meet business targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee cash handling, card transactions, banking procedures, and sales reporting in line with company policy.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, health & safety, and food safety compliance at all times.
  • Ensure adherence to all Crover House operational procedures, systems, and service standards.
  • Work closely with the Management team to deliver smooth service and resolve any guest issues promptly and professionally.
