SUPERVISOR – THE COACH & HORSES, MELTON (FULL TIME)

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, energetic Supervisor to join our team at The Newbourne Fox! You’ll lead shifts, support the management team, and drive our crew to deliver amazing service every time.
You’ll need at least a year’s experience in food & beverage, must be 18 years old and over, a great attitude, and a love for working in a fast-paced, fun environment.

• Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Oversee food safety practices and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
• Assist in food preparation and bartending as needed, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline food production and service efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: £31,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
