We are looking for a hands on, motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the DoubleTree by Hilton London Greenwich team and serve as a key player in driving service standards, support daily operations, inspire our team, and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.
As Food & Beverage Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton London Greenwich, your role is pivotal in supervising shifts by effectively communicating and delegating tasks, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a positive work environment. While directly reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will be supporting team members, monitor performance, and assist in achieving departmental goals to contribute to the hotel’s overall success.

THE SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm and confidence.
  • Attention to detail in both service and presentation.
  • Basic budgeting and inventory control experience.
  • Food safety or hospitality certifications
