We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations and lead our F&B team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Job Summary The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the F&B department, including staff leadership, inventory management, operational support, and ensuring brand standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on role that includes covering shifts —including cooking—while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Hire, train, coach, and support F&B team members to ensure excellent service and a strong team culture. Oversee daily food & beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Complete weekly inventory counts, maintain stock levels, and place orders as required. Work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Cover shifts as needed, including preparing and cooking menu items. Maximize sales through suggestive selling, menu knowledge, and maintaining a premium appearance of the F&B area. Ensure consistent adherence to EVEN Hotel brand standards, including wellness and service excellence. Maintain cleanliness, food safety protocols, and compliance with all health and safety regulations. Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality supervision preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Basic cooking experience and food safety knowledge. Flexible schedule and reliable attendance.
