Job Description What you'll be doing: As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will join our leadership team and assist in the smooth operation of our Food & Beverage outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge is unrivalled. You are guest obsessed and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional experiences; leading from the front. With a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates memorable moments for all guests, you will be part of a Food & Beverage leadership team that delivers exceptional service in Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge, Pastore Restaurant, in-room dining and meetings & events. Qualifications What we're looking for: Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons. The ability to coordinate and manage the day to day Food & Beverage operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day. Passion, interest and confidence in wine & spirits with a flair for cocktails. You will be involved in all areas of Food & Beverage, but strong bar knowledge is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail Be a calming influence in the midst of a fast paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive team morale creating a culture that people want to be part of. Have the necessary skill to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers. Provide guidance, support training and leadership to all team members. Be a progressive, creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in an ever changing environment.
