An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our great team here at Hodson Bay Hotel. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer focused and should possess excellent communication skills. They should have the ability to work well under pressure.
As part of the Food & Beverage team you will be responsible for assisting the Manager to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of service whilst ensuring our guests have a positive experience. We work together as a team to ensure that we exceed guest expectations every time. We do this by ensuring the highest standards of products are on offer and by achieving excellent service standards at all times. Exceeding guest expectations is part of our service culture.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager to effectively manager the day to day operations, to ensure the smooth running of service, and our guests have a positive experience.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding levels of service at all times.
  • To take control and responsibility for the hotel’s restaurant in the absence of your Manager.
  • To assist and carry out training as required.
  • To be responsible for the day to day queries, complaints and issues that arise in the Bar & Brasserie/Restaurant.
  • To carry out all supervisory duties as per the agreed standards.
