The Verve Hotel Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating food and beverage service in hotel outlets and banquet operations. This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager to ensure exceptional guest service, adherence to operational standards, and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise restaurant, lounge, and banquet service staff * Manage daily shifts and oversee outlet and banquet functions * Assist with training, mentoring, and evaluating team members * Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and appearance guidelines are maintained * Handle guest interactions and resolve concerns to ensure guest satisfaction * Support administrative duties, shift reports, and departmental meetings * Enforce cash handling and closing procedures * Maintain high visibility during service periods QUALIFICATIONS * Previous supervisory experience in a hotel food & beverage setting * Outlet and banquet experience preferred * Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays * Ability to stand, walk, lift (35–50 lbs), and perform physical duties required in a hospitality environment * Strong communication, leadership, and guest service skills * Ability to handle cash and credit transactions and use point-of-sale systems BENEFITS * Compensation: $22.00 - $22.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Voluntary life insurance * Optional supplemental insurance plans * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid personal and vacation time * Hotel team member travel discounts * Career growth and advancement opportunities * Free parking ABOUT US The Verve Hotel Boston Natick is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
