We’re on the hunt for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our awesome team at Mercure Perth on Hay. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will: Lead with exceptional Guest Experience, ensuring our visitors and guests have a memorable and wonderful stay and great dining experience. Provide leadership for your team and lead by example when offering efficient service across breakfast, lunch and dinner. Recruit, train and welcome new F&B team members and encourage them to live the HEARTIST way. Qualifications Previous hospitality or F&B supervisory experience or strong F&B experience and ready for the nest step in your career Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise. Leadership qualities, with the ability to extend yourself to assisting your colleagues where needed, maintaining high levels of communication with the Kitchen and Front Office teams. RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Approved Manager – essential Flexible with hours – able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays Barista or cocktail experience is a bonus!
