WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading the front-of-house team across our restaurant, bar, and event spaces. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations, outstanding service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Supervising shifts and motivating the team
• Delivering exceptional guest service in the restaurant, bar, and functions
• Supporting staff training and development
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and daily reporting
• Ensuring health & safety and hygiene standards are upheld
