THE ROLE OF FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
- Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for developing and supervising the Food & Beverage Team at Pullman Sydney Penrith. This includes a restaurant, two bars, café, room service and minibar.
- You will also assist when required in supervising event staff in the WSCC.
- You will lead and inspire an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
- Success will be underpinned by innovative and tailored guest experiences with delivery above expectations, consistent financial performance and an engaged team culture.
