Lead by example on the floor, reinforcing service standards and hospitality culture. Assist servers and support staff as needed. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety and alcohol service. Maintain awareness of ServSafe and related certification requirements for the department. Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with weekly scheduling and service planning. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience. Prior serving experience in a hospitality Food & Beverage environment ServSafe Certification required.
Responsibilities
Lead the floor operations by reinforcing service standards and supporting staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with weekly scheduling and ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
