Role Summary The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support the smooth daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring excellent service standards, team performance, and guest satisfaction. This role plays a key part in shaping outstanding dining experiences during the hotel’s pre-opening preparations and beyond. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations across restaurants, lounges, and room service. Assist in setting up F&B outlets during pre-opening, including SOP development, staff training, and operational readiness. Ensure consistent delivery of IHG service standards. Guide, train, and support service colleagues, fostering a positive team culture. Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and implement improvements. Coordinate with the culinary team for smooth service execution. Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with IHG and local regulations. Support inventory control, stock management, and cost-efficient operations. Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly. Assist in creating memorable dining experiences aligned with the Crowne Plaza brand. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations in an international hotel brands. Previous supervisory experience is an advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of restaurant operations, service techniques, and beverage standards. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. A passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
