Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistent service excellence. Support pre-opening tasks including setup of outlets, SOP implementation, staff training, and inventory organization. Lead and motivate service teams to deliver memorable guest experiences. Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, hygiene, and safety requirements. Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure service recovery when required. Coordinate with Culinary, Front Office, and other departments for smooth operational flow. Manage shift duties, scheduling, and team performance during both pre-opening and post-opening phases. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations at an international hotel brand is mandatory. Strong supervisory and multi-tasking skills. Excellent communication, guest engagement, and leadership ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Education: Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is preferred. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
