With a choice of four restaurants, two wine bars and a coffee bar Jarrolds is passionate about delicious food and drink. This is an exciting time for us as we expand our team and recruit a Shift Supervisor with a focus on events and experience.
We are looking for an outstanding Shift Supervisor to complement our brilliant team, providing vital support to our Hospitality Managers, the successful candidate will be hands-on and proactive with a positive attitude and full of enthusiasm.
Whilst you will work alongside the team and have your own sections to run, you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of one of the restaurants while also supporting the wider team with any smaller events in store, always ensuring the delivery of a truly exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone with a real passion for hospitality and a natural flare to develop relationships with our customers and teams, experience with events of any scale would also be beneficial.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

• Hospitality experience
• Events experience
• A professional, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• An outstanding team player, with a “hands on” mentality
• The ability to manage stressful situations in a calm manner
• A good understanding of Health and safety requirements
