Job Details Job Location: Courtyard Delray Beach - Delray Beach, FL 33483 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Food & Beverage Supervisor delivers service excellence to guests and ensures they receive a courteous, professional and efficient experience. This position is responsible for overseeing the operation and staff of the Restaurant and Bar to maintain the highest level of standards. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Performance Expectations: Supervise food and beverage operations during assigned shift. Ensure physical environment and cleanliness of restaurant including tables and side stations Assist in maintaining a smooth-running operation and ensure team members are trained and adhere to SOP. Monitor food quality and service level. Monitor payroll and revenue. Provide a pleasant and efficient environment for staff and guests. Assist in inventory control. Maintain service standards. Cover all positions in the restaurant, and bar when necessary. Ensure that associates comply with tip-reporting requirements, uniform and service guidelines, and other policies and procedures. Report any items in need of repair. Follow all safety procedures while working. Behavioral Expectations: Be effective and innovative in handling and solving problems in the workplace. Report to work on time and in proper uniform. Knowledge and/or ability to operate a computer. Experience: Previous food and beverage experience. Experience overseeing/directing a team a plus.
