Job Description Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service operations to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and adhere to company policies Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and alcohol service laws Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs while maintaining product quality Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations and timely food delivery Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all food and beverage items Assist in menu planning, pricing, and special promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and guests Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 4 years’ experience in food and beverage management, culinary and related professional area. Must have experience with beach lounge operations. Must possess outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills. Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical business thinking required. Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset. Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment. Must be flexible in terms of working hours. Must be computer literate and analytical. Enthusiastic and guest driven. Must be able to prioritize, organize and be self-efficient. Able to perform under pressure.
