The Food and Beverage Supervisor is expected to support daily dining and beverage operations while leading service staff to ensure exceptional member experiences. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a thorough understanding of service standards, food safety, and California alcohol service regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Supervise daily front-of-house food and beverage operations • Lead, support, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff • Ensure service standards, grooming and uniform standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and onboarding • Monitor service flow and guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly • Ensure compliance with California food safety and responsible alcohol service laws • Conduct opening, shift, and closing duties as assigned • Communicate effectively with culinary staff and management • Maintain a professional appearance and model exemplary service behavior QualificationsQualifications • Minimum age 21 • California Responsible Beverage Service certification required within 60 days of hire • California Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift minimum 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds) Candidate Requirements • Previous supervisory or lead experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
