Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will assist in overseeing the operation of the restaurant across a variety of meal periods, through progressive team development and above all consistency in the delivery of a quality and memorable guest experience.

  • You will provide on-the-job coaching and support to food & beverage staff working under your supervision
  • Supervise a team of food & beverage attendants to ensure the productivity and quality standards are achieved in all processes and especially with respect to guest service and satisfaction.
  • Be the face of our food and wine offering by taking orders, making recommendations and answering questions about our offerings.
  • Perform administrative tasks in relation to the shift and in preparation for the next. I.e. stock levels, POS close

You will succeed in this role if you have

  • Immaculate presentation and communication skills
  • Able to work a 7 day roster, over different meal periods. Able to work over Easter, Christmas and public holidays
