Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager/Food & Beverage Director
Purpose of the Position: The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of food and beverage, ensuring efficient and effective service, maintaining quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff and being responsible for the execution of all meetings, meals, wedding receptions, social functions, etc. in accordance with hotel and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy trays, and move quickly between tasks.
  • Flexibility of work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
