Manor Wildlife Park is a leading visitor attraction in West Wales, known for its beautiful setting, incredible animals, and commitment to conservation. Our on-site café is an important part of the guest experience, and we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to help support and grow this key area of our business.
Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Supervisor with experience in food & beverage, barista service, and café/kitchen operations. This is a key role in a constantly developing café, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team, takes initiative, and is excited about helping to improve and expand our food offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to F&B manager
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café
  • Support and lead team members during busy periods
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks, including barista service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Assist with stock control and ordering supplies
  • Work closely with the management team to develop the café offering
  • Help train and support junior staff

  • Previous experience in a food & beverage role
  • Barista, kitchen, and café experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A positive, driven attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
