POSITION SUMMARY:

Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and creative Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our established and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team!

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main duties as a Food & Beverage Supervisor will include:

  • Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations.
  • Fuel guest’s curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience.
  • Assist with the bar operational tasks if required.
  • Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor y empowering and supporting your team.
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
  • Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.
  • Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions.

  • An up to date Victorian RSA.
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory role.
  • Full Working rights in Australia.

  • Availability to work a rotating schedule between Monday – Sunday
