Job Description
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating your team, ensuring they deliver professional, efficient and friendly service to our guests. You will be assisting the Food & Beverage operations team with the day-to-day operations in both the restaurant and banquets.

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal periods;
  • Create an energetic and engaging environment where team members and guests can connect over great Food & Beverage;
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team;
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with analysing performance, rostering and budgeting;
  • Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members.

Qualifications
Qualifications

Passion for customer service;

  • Supervisory experience in a similar role;
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating a team;
  • Strong interpersonal skills both with internal and external customers;
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure;
  • Excellent time management and communication skills;
  • Be available to work across a variety of shifts and
  • Holds a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in VIC.
