Job Description We require a dynamic and professional Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team on a full time basis at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This position will predominantly be required to work evening shifts, and the successful candidate will also need to be available to work weekends as required. Key Responsibilities Include: Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients. Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation. Supervise, train and assist Food & Beverage Attendants. Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies and assisting with ordering where necessary. Uphold and enforce health, safety and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Support the Food and Beverage Manager in daily administrative tasks and reporting. Hourly Rates Monday - Friday: $29.88 per hour + super + penalties after 7pm Saturday: $37.35 per hour + super + penalties after 7pm Sunday: $44.82 per hour + super + penalties after 7pm Qualifications To be a success in this position, you will have: 12+ months supervisory experience gained in a similar role 3 years experience working within a restaurant or hotel environment A current RSA certificate Solid understanding of alcohol (preferred but not essential) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude. A high level of self-motivation and confidence.
