Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage team to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervision & Delegation: Supervise daily operations, ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Quality Control: Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food and visual appeal in every dish served.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in maintaining stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures are followed.
