Job Description

  • An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your ‘food stories’ with our patrons
  • Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead-by-example approach will be infectious
  • The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day
  • Be a calming influence amid a highly pressured, fast-paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of
  • Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous supervisor experience
  • Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated high-quality service standard
