Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re in search of a passionate and people-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at Saige Bistro within WestWaters Hotel. To start, this role will be offered on a Casual basis. You will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant & Events Manager both in the restaurant as well as within conferencing and events, leading and inspiring the team while providing an exceptional product for our guests. This is a great opportunity to help drive the success of our venue and to uphold high standards of service in a leadership role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing and supervising staff members, including training, scheduling, and providing direction to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of strategies to enhance sales and guest satisfaction
  • Interacting with customers to ensure the best possible experience and handling any concerns or complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Assisting with stocktakes and ordering of food/beverage for the restaurant and conference & events
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and maintain a positive working environment
