Job Description

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

  • An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your ‘food stories’ with our patrons
  • Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead-by-example approach will be infectious
  • The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day
  • Be a calming influence amid a highly pressured, fast-paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of
  • Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • You must have a service focus personality and a passion for everything food & beverage
  • You will possess the personality and charisma to be our “Host with the most” while on duty.
  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is a must
  • Conference, events leadership experience is highly desired (Premium / Luxury environment preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Proven record of managing engaged and high performing teams.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
  • Demonstrated high-quality service standard
  • National Police Check clearance
